Scope Clarity

SiteEase covers ongoing WordPress maintenance and small updates. These items fall outside the monthly retainer but can be quoted separately.
Full Website Redesigns
SiteEase handles incremental updates and small enhancements. Complete redesigns, new theme builds, or major structural overhauls are quoted as separate custom development projects.
New Feature Development
Adding significant new functionality — ecommerce modules, member portals, custom integrations — falls outside the maintenance scope and is quoted separately.
Content Creation and Copywriting
We upload and format content you provide. Writing page copy, blog posts, or marketing language is the agency’s or client’s responsibility.
SEO Strategy and Campaigns
We maintain technical SEO health including meta fields, sitemaps, and page speed. Ongoing SEO strategy, keyword research, and link building are separate services.
Hosting Migration
SiteEase operates on managed hosting we provide. Migrating to a new host, setting up new servers, or configuring CDNs are separate engagements.
Third-Party Plugin License Fees
We manage and update plugins. Premium plugin licenses and subscription renewals are the client’s financial responsibility.
