Enterprise Cloud Hosting for Agencies

Manage your clients’ infrastructure on their own cloud accounts. We handle provisioning, migration, and ongoing operations across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Vultr — all billed directly to your clients’ accounts with zero vendor lock-in.

The Cloud Freedom Model

Enterprise hosting designed around your clients’ ownership and autonomy. They keep full control of their cloud accounts. You get a dedicated infrastructure team.

Client Owns the Account

The cloud account belongs entirely to your client. All data, credentials, billing relationships, and service integrations stay in their name. You gain a trusted infrastructure partner; they maintain full control and portability.

Multi-Cloud Support

AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Vultr. If your client already has a preferred provider, we step in and manage it as-is. Switching later is straightforward. We operate across platforms with equal expertise.

Zero-Downtime Migration

Whether migrating from an existing setup or launching new infrastructure, we plan and execute for zero or minimal downtime. Migration timelines typically run 5 to 10 business days depending on complexity and workload size.

How We Structure Enterprise Hosting

Two phases, continuous partnership, full transparency. Setup gets your client live. Ongoing operations keep them running.

Phase one

Setup and Migration

  • Infrastructure audit and current-state assessment
  • Architecture design tailored to workload and scale
  • Cloud account provisioning and configuration
  • Network, security, and storage setup
  • Application migration and testing
  • Documentation and handoff to your team

Phase two

Ongoing Operations

  • 24/7 infrastructure monitoring and alerting
  • Patching, updates, and security hardening
  • Performance optimization and cost tuning
  • Backup and disaster recovery management
  • Scaling and capacity planning
  • Escalation support and incident response

What We Manage on Your Client’s Cloud

A comprehensive suite of infrastructure services managed on your timeline, under your brand, on your client’s account.

Server Provisioning

Configure and launch compute instances across your chosen cloud platform, optimized for your application requirements and traffic patterns.

Networking and DNS

VPC setup, subnet management, routing, and DNS configuration with full control over your IP space, load balancing, and domain management.

SSL and Encryption

Certificate provisioning, TLS and SSL management, and encryption at rest and in transit for sensitive data and communications.

Backup and Recovery

Automated backup strategies, versioning, and disaster recovery drills to ensure business continuity and rapid restoration.

Firewall and Security

Security group and firewall rules, DDoS mitigation, WAF configuration, and vulnerability management across all infrastructure layers.

Monitoring and Alerts

Real-time performance monitoring, log aggregation, custom dashboards, and intelligent alerting to catch issues before they affect users.

CI/CD Pipelines

Build, test, and deployment pipeline setup integrated with your cloud infrastructure for seamless and repeatable releases.

Cost Optimization

Reserved instances, spot pricing, right-sizing recommendations, and ongoing cost analysis to maximize your client’s cloud spend efficiency.

Cloud Platforms We Support

Industry-standard infrastructure, whichever provider your clients prefer. We operate across all four with equal depth and expertise.

Amazon Web Services

Enterprise-Grade Support Standards

Defined service levels, proactive operations, and transparent reporting. Your clients get reliability without managing the complexity.

24/7

Infrastructure Monitoring

Continuous monitoring and alerting across all infrastructure components, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

SOC 2

Security Operations

SOC 2 compliant practices including firewall management, vulnerability scanning, and active threat detection.

0-Day

Patch Management

Critical security patches deployed same-day, with coordinated updates for stability and zero unexpected downtime.

Auto

Scaling Support

Auto-scaling policies, load balancer tuning, and capacity planning to handle traffic spikes seamlessly.

Monthly

Performance Reporting

Detailed monthly infrastructure health reports, cost breakdowns, and optimization recommendations.

2–5h

Escalation Response

Critical infrastructure issues escalated to senior engineers within 2 to 5 hours, with full incident documentation.

From Consultation to Managed Operations

Four steps to get your client’s enterprise cloud infrastructure provisioned, migrated, and fully managed.

1

Infrastructure Audit

We assess the current setup, identify optimization opportunities, and understand the scaling roadmap.

2

Architecture Plan

Design a cloud architecture tailored to the workload, compliance requirements, and budget constraints.

3

Migrate and Deploy

Execute the migration with zero downtime, test thoroughly, and validate all systems in production.

4

Managed Operations

Ongoing monitoring, optimization, and support to keep infrastructure secure, fast, and cost-efficient.

Enterprise Hosting FAQ

How is enterprise hosting different from custom hosting?

Enterprise hosting operates on your client’s own cloud account (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Vultr). Custom hosting runs on our managed infrastructure. Enterprise gives clients full ownership and billing control; custom hosting is fully managed by us.

Do my clients need an existing cloud account?

No. We can provision new cloud accounts on behalf of your clients on their preferred platform. If they already have an account, we integrate and manage it directly. Either way, ownership and billing stay with your client.

How long does migration typically take?

Most migrations complete in 5 to 10 business days, depending on workload complexity, data volume, and testing requirements. We coordinate every step to minimize disruption and ensure zero-downtime cutover.

What about downtime during migration?

We design for zero downtime. Using phased cutover strategies, data replication, and rollback procedures, we ensure your production environment stays live throughout the migration process.

Is enterprise hosting fully white-labeled?

Fully. You own the client relationship. Billing, documentation, and support all carry your branding. White Label IQ operates behind the scenes as your trusted infrastructure partner.

Can my clients switch cloud providers later?

Absolutely. Because your clients own their accounts, they can move to a different provider, bring a different vendor in, or manage infrastructure independently at any time. Zero lock-in.

Do you support Kubernetes and containers?

Yes. We manage GKE on Google Cloud, EKS on AWS, and AKS on Azure. We handle cluster provisioning, updates, monitoring, and scaling for fully managed or self-managed Kubernetes environments.

What happens if there is a critical incident?

Critical incidents escalate to our senior engineering team within 2 to 5 hours. We maintain 24/7 monitoring with dedicated communication channels and detailed incident reports for every issue.
